Well, the first thing they should do is look at Google reviews.
Well, the first thing they should do is look at Google reviews. 112 Auto Sales is close to 400 of them. They should know that they're coming into a reputable dealer. And that there's no misleading advertising like offering unbelievable deals.
We don't hit our potential customers with any kind of deal. And we don’t add hidden things like a prep fee, there’s no transportation costs, or say that the vehicles we offer are at cost and then when you come in we're going to bang you over the head.
With 112 Auto Sales, the price is what it is. What you see. Look on our website and see. The price is what they’re paying and there are no hidden fees.
They should also ask for a CarFax or AutoCheck report. You want to make sure that it's not a salvage vehicle or has any flood damage.
112 Auto offers both. AutoCheck basically does research history of the vehicle. It will tell the customer if it's been into an accident, how many times it's been registered, how many owners it's had and then if it’s had flood damage or any open recalls.
An open recall is a situation with certain vehicles that the manufacturer is aware of. Like with Hondas; Takata has a big problem with the airbags, so they'e on recall. So Honda sends out a notice to the owners of the vehicles telling them to come in and get the repairs done for free--whatever is in that recall.
If a customer wants to buy a car that is on open recall, we tell the customer at that time and give them a copy of the recall so they can get it taken care of. You have to be the owner of the vehicle at the time or else we’d take care of it.
