This is the best local used car dealership I’ve ever been too. Everybody that works there is extremely nice, friendly, professional, and very smart. On top of that anybody could get approved for a car loan like seriously buying a car shouldn’t be that easy. Truly Amazing experience and I recommend it to anybody that needs a car. I’m telling you come here and you’ll for sure get one.

I was not sure about this place when I first heard about it, But from the moment I pulled into the lot Devine greeted me and my wife with the upmost respect and was so helpful, he made sure we got what we needed, we got the perfect vehicle and he made sure that everything was right on the car before we drove off the lot… Tom also made sure that everything was signed correctly and made sure all paperwork was in order… I recommend 112 auto sales to anyone whose looking for a vehicle especially with bad to no credit….

I cannot say enough about the amazing experience I had with 112 Auto Sales. I was extremely anxious about encountering salespeople who might be too pushy, not understanding my financial situation, etc. Well, I had the most pleasant, understanding , supportive experience ever. John Clifton and Jesus Elias made my experience of purchasing a vehicle, one of the most exciting purchases for me, in a very long time. Got my second car from this place and they always have great attitudes today i picked up a honda ridgeline very satisfied with my purchase also the staff there are very nice also shout out to the finance department for getting everything all squared away with my trade in and all this will forever be my car dealer since i get that nice homie feel from it and also shout out to there servise department Pat makes your car run like new once you get it and fixes all the things u need 100% recommend they will work with you every step of the way deff returning everytime

My wife was in a bad car accident last week and totaled her car. I went to several dealerships trying to purchase her another vehicle, but was having trouble I went down to 112 where I was treated with nothing but respect, honesty and integrity. I had such a great experience with 112 auto sales. John worked with me from the start to find the perfect car in my budget, that was safe and completely reliable. I didn’t have great credit but Nick the finance manager was able to get me into a great car that I financed straight through them instead of the banks, that way in 18 months my credit rating will rise above average. John listened to everything I wanted and answered all of my questions. I felt so comfortable and wasn’t pressured to buy anything from them. I got such an amazing deal. I was able to see the car fax reports on my car to show it had only 1 previous owner, no accidents, and all the recommended repairs and oil changes/tune ups. After a while of looking for a car I went to 112 auto sales not knowing what I wanted or could afford that’s where John came in. John helped me find the exact car that I wanted which ended up being a truck that I never thought I would be leaving with. I am a first time purchaser(however I have been to 112 in the past) John made my experience nice and smooth. I had an idea what I wanted to get and I wouldn’t budge from an SUV.... until I went there, I needed something ASAP and John made me feel extremely comfortable going for another car. First time car buyer from 112 Auto Sales and we will definitely do business there again! We dealt with Nick, their finance manager, and he was amazing from start to finish. We told him what car we wanted and, with our less than ideal credit, he had us approved for a lender within a half hour of pulling onto the lot. We were never pressured into another car, which we've experienced with other used car dealers. Nick was very straightforward and worked with us all the way to get us in the car we wanted.

A lot of dealerships tells you one thing over the phone giving you the confidence of getting a car but once you get there always something and then ask for more money BUT not 112 auto sales they asked me some basic questions then they tell me one shot yes I can put you in a vehicle today and no more then 24 hours I was in a 08 expedition driving off. I found out about 112 through a friend because my husband and I have poor credit. So we decided to walk in there to see if they were able to help us out and we received nothing but top notch service and treatment from the sales manager Nick. He went above and beyond to find the right deal for us and actually cared that we got into a vehicle that was not only cost effective but suitable to our comfort and safety. We have been using Nick for almost a year now and on our second vehicle. I have recommended Nick to our own family and friends, and would recommend him to anyone. He is the first car salesman I’ve met that does not rush you or push you into something just to make a sale. Nick actually cares and will spend the time and extend his help. first of all, been a customer for almost a year. Came by to swap my car out, couldn't afford the insurance for the car I made Doug send to the shop. I shop around for a better insurance deal on a different car and got what I wanted. Tbh-i put Doug and Senior thur so much the last two week, to my surprise both were very patient and understand. These guys car more about their customer needs, than just making a deal. That what a dealership should be about, you will never find a better staff than 112 autos. From Jenny and Ashley always there to help if you have a problem. I am a 112 customer for life. (My advice to anyone- go to the web site, pick three cars you like, call your insurance get the best full coverage price, bring at least $500.00 deposit, three pay stubs and I will guarantee you, even with the worst credit they will find a way to get you driving.) My experience with 112 auto sales was nothing but easy. From when i first stepped in the building it seemed like everything was put in place to my benefit. I thought I went in knowing exactly what i wanted, but Paul showed me a truck that I didn’t even know I needed. It was the perfect fit. In a matter of 24hrs Paul and Nick had me driving my first owned vehicle off the lot. My only issue I’ve had so far was, I was told when I picked up my Durango that there was an oil change done on it but the truck keeps telling me I need an oil change. Other than that I have nothing negative to say about this shop. I’ll recommend anyone 112 Auto Sales.

I've been going to 112 auto for a few years now. I've sent them people that have all been more than satisfied. My dad being one of them. He was on his 2nd vehicle when he passed on the 5th of January. We wanted to keep his vehicle and it was a hassle (not bc of 112) but Nick went above and beyond to make it work out for us. Today Nick finalized everything for my sister to be the new owner of our dads truck. We all cant thank him and his team enough for all they have done for our family. My wife and I were car shopping when I stumbled upon 112 Auto Sales. First thing we did was “check google reviews” upon checking reviews we got excited. I scheduled an appointment with Lou, I spoke with sales manager Nick E. I was upfront and honest with him as far as budget, credit history, needs, wants etc.... we literally went through 4 different vehicles before we fell in love. Nick worked his butt off for us to get approved at just the right rate, made sure we were well within our budget. He worked diligently even on his day off to make sure he was not missing a beat. Finally walked out behind the wheel of an Explorer! Our family is so very thankful and greatful for Nick and his entire team at 112 Auto! Glad to be apart of the family guys!

2003 Durango, in excellent condition. 83,000 miles. My husband bought me a big, safe car to use during upstate winters, as my smaller car is more of a three-season car. In his words: "My experience was positive, the vehicle was exactly as described, and made it 250 miles to my home upstate immediately after purchase. So I know that any defects that eventually may arise on this vehicle were not known to the dealer, or to anyone for that matter. We have owned it several days at the time of the writing of this review, and so far, so good. No problems whatsoever thus far." "The sales people at 112 were not pushy or overbearing in any way. More of a highly competent used car delivery service than a 'sales' company. I also must say that to find and bring to market a 16 year old vehicle that looks about two or three years old is quite a talent on the part of the 112 Auto." Oh, and I (Candace) am originally from East Islip, so getting a car from Patchogue is kind of cool.

My daughter (and I) bought a car from 112 Auto Sales a few weeks ago. The sales manager Nick helped us out. We've had a few minor hiccups and Nick has rose to the occasion each time..he's replaced keys and sent someone to help start my daughter's car (battery needed replacing). These are minor problems but 112 Auto has stood behind their product with excellent service!! Thanks Nick!!

I recently purchased a Jeep Compass over at 112 Auto Sales. Tom is absolutely THE BEST! This was by far the smoothest, stress-free car buying process I've ever gone through. Tom was able to work with my budget (which was pretty low) and got me into the car that I wanted. He also followed through with all of his promises, the car was thoroughly serviced, cleaned and ready to be picked up within 1 day. Aaaawwww I can’t tell I had the worst day today got denied by a FEW places until I came to 112 auto sales and I must say NICK was my superhero in a heartbeat man I loved the service he provided n he actually showed that he really cared about me being divorced and have some very encouraging words in which he didn’t have to! I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into 112 Auto sales over a week and a half ago. First, there are no cars in the lot that looked like they have been through the demolition derby. Second, because all the cars are in really good condition I didn't think I would get approved for enough of a loan to cover any of them. Well Nick Egan was not only super nice but extremely honest. He laid everything out on the table and even before he ran my credit he assured me he would get me the best rate he could. NIck made this experience comfortable. And I drove away this weekend in a car I though I could never afford in a color that I always wanted. This is not your typical "Used Car" dealership. This is a business that takes care of people from beginning to end. I didn't even have to go to the DMV!

So very happy with my salesman Doug! He’s real, down to earth, not pushy and truly focused on customer satisfaction. He listened to what I wanted, took into consideration what I needed and made sure we knew what I could afford before showing me anything. Very good company. The lot is filled with great choices of cars with decently low mileage. at the time of purchase i had a horrible credit score and they still worked with me and got me approved for a car loan. I had a car picked out the same day i stepped in there. The employees? absolutely amazing. they talk to you as if u are a friend of theirs and not a walking wallet filled with money. i loved that. I had a hard time making the second payment due to being unemployed and the new company holding my pay and they were completely understandable about that. they were patient till i was able to pay. if i could give more stars then i would. definetly recommend to anyone. I have to apologize to them though as i am bad with names so i cannot say which person helped me out especially since there were 3. Sorry about that guys

This is my second car i purchased from 112 Auto Sales... A few years ago i was in an unfortunate situation and my credit was horrible but they were able to get me approved and into a car regardless of my credit issues and because they gave me a chance by approving me, i was able to build my credit back up due to them reporting all my payments on time to the credit bureaus. So of course i came back to them and Equashia was so helpful and patient with me and helped me to upgrade and get something newer with a cheaper payment and lower interest rate. I had a great experience with Nick/Doug from 112 auto sales. 2 years ago I had a horrible experience with Browns Jeep Dodge Ram in medford and was hesitant to purchase a another vehicle from a dealership. I went in on a Sunday and was out driving my Toyota RAV4 just a week later. Highly reccomed using this facility to purchase the right used car for you as well as the get warranty they offer. I was frustrated when I walked through the door.As well as being frustrated throughout the whole process of buying a car from 112 Auto.when I say frustrated throughout the whole process it's because I was turnt down from so many different banks.Nick I just want to thank you and Qay so much for everything,you didn't give up on helping me to get in a vehicle and not just any vehicle the one I wanted.i suggest you ppl get down to 112 Auto and see Nick or Qay!!!!!they have a great selection of cars and trucks!!!get down to 112 Auto!!!!

I went to 112 Auto Sales in Patchogue, and found an amazing, low mileage Infiniti G35x. I love my new ride, it drives and handles great! Looks awesome too. Nick helped me find a finance company for my loan, and did all the paperwork too. He was very helpful, and polite. I would recommend Nick, and 112 Auto Sales to anyone looking for a great used car.

I have dealt with many salesmen in my life but Nick at 112 Auto Sales has been by far the absolute greatest! With Nick it wasn't just about making a sale, he actually took the time out to get me in the right car at the right price while explaining each step along the way! You just can't beat that. The Customer service here is A-1 making you feel at ease. Thanks to Nick and everyone at 112 Auto, I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Chevy Malibu and I'm absolutely in love. If you are car shopping I highly recommend you stop in at 112 Auto Sales! Make sure you ask for Nick when you get there!

Nick helped me get into a great condition Mercury Mariner after my car broke down in just 2 weeks. I literally have no credit built and JUST began my new job and I was still able to get a car payment that was extremely reasonable. I thank Nick from the bottom of my heart! Went in yesterday 9/13 and talked with Nick Egan. He is extremely helpful, knowledgeable about the cars on his lot and does not pressure you at all. For a used car dealer, he works like a new car salesman. We were so happy with him we agreed to a down payment and monthly payment in 20 minutes and start to finish were only there maybe 45 minutes. I will be going back to purchase my next car there, once I get the down payment together.

I was in need of a car so a close friend of mine referred me to Nick who is Awesome at 112 Auto March of 2016. Nick had me in a car the same day a 2002 Saturn LS300. I asked was there anything wrong with the car he assured me everything was fine the car was very clean and ran good well less then a week of me having the car was when the problems started. First I had to have the breaks and rotors replaced along with a break light the same week I got the car. About a few months after that I noticed the car jerking every time i drove it come to find out the transmission was going I called 112 Mechanic at the time Patrick took the car in they had the car for 2weeks this was in July of 2016 supposedly the transmission was replaced I paid them a deductible of $250 because the transmission was covered by the warranty. Earlier this year 2017 I noticed oil dripping from the car I took it to my own mechanic who ran testing on the car the car needed more then $1500 worth of work done on the car all from an oil leak that I'm sure was there when it was sold to me. When I called 112 Mechanic who by now was Mike he told me it was normal wear and tear on the car and it's not covered under the warranty. I had the car less then a year and only drove the car to and from work there was no way that type of oil leak came from me driving it. I never said a word to them after that. The issues only got worse when I was out of work on maternity leave I was making my payments bi weekly instead of weekly and the girl who works behind the desk taking the payments and making the calls attitude sucked big time. After she made it seem like I owed a bunch of money on the car which I only owed at that time $225 she had them come pick the car up which was fine I hadn't drove it due to me being pregnant. When I went to pick up my things out the car I spoke with Tom the owner who is also a great guy and very understanding he assured me if I wanted the car I can still take it i only had a few thousand left to pay on it and nobody would touch my stuff. When I called to pick up car they told me they didn't know where my belongings was and they have a 10 day policy after the 10th day they Auction the car off which they did and which I never knew of any policy it was never told to me. When I did find my belongings they was thrown in a dirty shed with a bunch of tools and car parts I'm missing papers that was in the glove box. I only gave 3 stars because I actually like Nick,Tom and lily and wish things would of turned out different but I'm sorry something is not right here and Kristina who makes the calls regarding payments is very unprofessional and her Attitude is disgusting.

After what felt like endless searching for a reliable family vehicle, after going from lot to lot to lot dealing with less than reputable people, we stumbled upon 112 auto sales. We sat down with the a salesman named Nick and explained what we were looking for in a vehicle. He sat and listened to what we were looking for and showed us a few vehicles with all of our specifications. We fell in love with a Honda Pilot and sat down with Nick to go over financing. We figured from past experiences at other dealers that it would take a while to hear back. Not only did we hear back from Nick quickly but he came back to us with the payment of under $300! We originally thought the payment was going to be closer to 400. Nick really worked hard to get us into the vehicle we wanted at a payment we could afford. His customer service skills are outstanding. Nick made us feel very comfortable with the whole process and explained everything in detail. My family and I are so happy with our purchase but more importantly with the whole experience with Nick at 112 auto sales. We will definitely be going back there for our next vehicle!

I just got my car from 112 auto sales. Nick Egan was fantastic to work with. I was so concerned about my credit which isn't fantastic and about being pressured to purchase if I wasn't ready but Nick made it so easy, quick, and stress free. i highly reccoment them. my credit was poor, how ever iam employeed and they were able to make what i needed to be the best for me. if you need a car their inventory is for the most part good and they were straight up and honest with me about the process before even begining paper work. my experiance with them was great so far!

This is the best used car dealership I have ever did business with in my life! They are so fast and professional! Nick is such a nice person and his wonderful son works with him part time, which I love family oriented people! I always feel like I'm being ripped off or fooled in some way by these dealerships. This was a great and very positive experience. Both Nick and Shane helped me find the perfect car, with the financing and making my final decision. They were professional, courteous and very helpful. It was nice to have someone who really listened to my questions and concerns. The entire process went smoothly and without any problems. I got my car. I had 2 car loans out already...one which was mine and the other I cosigned. I thought for sure I wasn't going to be able to get a third loan. I wanted a buy here pay here loan.Nick who is the finance guy, he went above and beyond to find me a loan ...and he did. I got car I wanted, a 2005 Cadillac CTS with 69000 miles on it which runs great and have no problems with. The salesman Chris help me in every way possible. This is an honest review. I rarely review, but my experience at 112 Auto Sales was awesome and so here I am. I set the initial appointment with Lou, via their website on 8/30. I went in the shop on 8/31, met Nick & got my car on 9/4. I LOVE 112 Auto Sales! Nick was fantastic. The entire staff was helpful. The shop itself is very basic, the car lot is small and packed, the staff is very casual- but who cares! lol. I needed a nice looking and safe car and I got one. I needed honesty and integrity from a down to earth person, not a showy sales man. And I got it. My credit is shot, even from sub primary lenders (Santander/RoadLoans, Capital One, Lending Tree, Sky Financial etc.). A co-signor could not even help me. I have minimal cash on hand. No problem at 112. I have always had new cars from a dealer or certified used from car dealers for a good 20 years now. I have never shopped around and bought a used car privately or from a used car lot. So I was nervous about this type of experience and I had a lot of questions and concerns. I researched Google and it came back with hundreds of options for me. Even car auctions. 112 Auto Sales is one of the many. I went to most of the lots in my area. Some were places that operated under various other names due to law suits in the past, such as "Auto K... or W.." They pop up all over and switch locations like crazy. Others had very nice looking cars, but I often got the "hard sell" tactic and felt rushed to buy or some places just felt a bit shady. I did not have that feeling with Nick. I went there a few times before I finally made the move to buy at 112. He was extremely patient with me. I called and emailed him sooooo many times! I have a toddler and car safety is a huge concern. Nick made me feel comfortable and did not treat my concerns lightly. They had numerous cars all in very good/excellent condition and decent mileage. (Don't look at the inventory on their website. It's not accurate because the site needs to be updated. However, everything else on there is true and so are the reviews). Anyway, once I chose my car, I test drove it and then we sat and worked out the terms. I even got a car history report on the spot. I am doing the "buy here pay here plan". I thought it was a joke, or scam, but not at 112. I did not even need a co-signor. I can pay in person or online. The car has a tracking device that alerts me when I am coming due, I also get a text reminder. If I am past due however, this device will disable my vehicle upon my next trying to start my car. Once paid, the car will automatically be enabled again (yes, even if on weekends and holidays). So as long as I make my payments on time, I won't have to worry about anything. LOL- I recommend doing automatic payments! The interest was a bit high, but considering my situation, I can cope. I also had the option to opt-in to have my payments reported to credit bureaus in order to rebuild my credit. My car has a 60 day warranty. More then anyone else gives for a used car. I did also chose the extended warranty option, might as well for just a few bucks more, which could save me hundreds later if I run into major issues. I only had to put a small cash deposit, and I left that same day approved and I was able to pick up my "new" used car within a few days of walking in there. Nick took care of the plates, regi, title, inspection process, etc. Overall, all I had to do was sign and drive :-) Note: There were a few minor issues, mostly cosmetic, that I wanted fixed on the car that I chose, and they happily sent the car out to their shop to take care of it. After all it IS a used car. I have my car today and I am happily and safely driving it. FYI- A car part that I requested fixed is still waiting to be delivered to their auto shop and I will drop off my car there to have it fixed later this week. So, even if you shop there and see a car you like but maybe it has some imperfections or minor issue, don't let it cause you concern, they will take care of you. Happy shopping! I thought getting a car would never happen.. the last dealer I went to sold me a big fat lie with a big fat lemon.. wrecked my credit.. This young fella nick man is he great.. Nick Eagan the absolute best salesman I have ever dealt with. Thank you so much for being a real down to earth person!!!! I called 112 auto sales and spoke to Nick about needing a car as mine had died. He assured me that he would find me a car. I went down to meet with Nick, he had already began running my credit, had cars picked out for me to look at. The first car he showed me was a 2008 nissan altima ( I fell in love with it!). Still I had to see more. Nick was patient and showed me more.Needless to say I bought the Altima!!! Nick said he could have it for me the next day, I told him I was working all day the next day> Long story short Nick got me in my car that day!!! Inspected, oil changed the works. Nick I will forever be thankful for all you did for me. Tom Sr. and Tom Jr. Thank you both as well. You are amazing people and I will be refer people to 112 auto for their car needs. Just wanna give Nick Eagan a big shout out!! After going through a month long horror story with 112 Nissan (across the street) I met a nice guy like Nick who was willing to tell me the truth about the process of buying a car!! I'm a first time car buyer and its sad that a lot of the dealerships only wanna take your money and throw you into a car, not even having FINALIZED your loan. Nick was super honest about what kind of car he could get me into and what my payments would be. They treated my children like gold when I brought them into the office and everyone was just really friendly. I'm very happy with my new Honda Civic and think that 112 Auto Sales is Awesome!! Alright, I know you are here for the truth, and I am going to tell you my version of it. At first this dealership left a lot to be desired. A little pushy in sales, and not always organized, questionable service, as well as questionable cars that were being sold. All of the comments are accurate...to an extent. I purchased my first car with 112 Auto in 2008 and it lasted until 2011 when due to wear and tear on an old vehicle and severe neglect from previous owners and, I admit it, my own negligence...I retired it to the car graveyard. I went to 112 Auto Sales again, after fully paying off my first car, and I purchased another car from them. This time, not because I had to, but because I wanted to. I had already paid off my previous loan, as I had earlier stated which would have given me the ability to go to another car dealership and get a car from them, but I chose to stay with 112 Auto. Here's why- The company is sometimes a little chaotic, but they are growing, and continuously improving on things. For me that's always a plus, a company that thinks they have no room or need for change and growth is a company to steer clear of. I see a lot of complaints about 'shadiness" and "crooks" etc. That couldn't be further from the truth. Most of the time the cars are cleaned and detailed for your pick up after purchase. If they aren't chances are because it was a rushed sale, from the customer, or their detailer never showed up. They don't send you away in an unsafe vehicle, as I have read in other posts. They make sure the car is inspected, and you are permitted to take it to a mechanic for your own peace of mind. They are up front if you ask the questions. They may not volunteer information, but I don't know of one car dealership that does! They are honest, and they are family operated. Which makes them more concerned and dedicated to helping you. They offer terms even when you have bad credit, no credit, and will work with you if you have the willingness to work with them. I know from experience, if you give them attitude, you will get attitude. All the paperwork that seems like a hassle to fill out is for your benefit as well...that paperwork allows the loan to be approved, and that in turn makes a positive impact on your credit. Which is exactly what you need and want, and they deliver what they promise when it comes to that. Are they pricey? They are a used car dealership, all used car dealerships have mark-ups, it's the nature of the business. 112 Auto has always been fair in pricing with me, and sometimes you can even negotiate terms. I can't stress enough, what you put into them is what you get out of them. If you want a positive car buying experience, then approach it positively. If you act like it's the worst encounter you'll ever have, chances are you'll prove yourself correct. I purchased my second car in 2011 and I still have it, drivable, and sturdy like it was the day it left the lot. They even went so far as to replace my radio with a really, REALLY nice stereo that wasn't stock, so before you call them cheap- I can prove they are far from it. I didn't always have a pleasant experience with them, but as time passed, their business changed, and so did my approach, and I can tell you I couldn't be happier. I recommend 112 Auto strongly on here, and I do it all the time, for my friends who are in NY, and to my family when they need a new car. If I trust them with my friends and family, then you know the business has to be reputable. In my opinion this is the most honest review you can have, and I am an extremely satisfied and impressed customer who will remain loyal because they earned my loyalty.

My salesman Nick gave this speech of how they really look out for the common person who may happen to have "Credit Challenges"..How they are a "Family owned & operated business"..Much to my surprise IT WAS ALL TRUE!!! Iveseen some of the previous comments and felt compelled to write a CORRECT one...Nick told me he would not tellme "What I wanted to hear as most places do but instead be upfront &honest with me regarding my situation..AND HE WAS!!! The owner Tom & his son Tom jr were right beside Nick and any decision he made to help me...I am now the proud owner of my OWN car...They kept me financially where i was comfortable paying and i have NEVER felt so at ease buying a car from a TRUE professional who works at a GREAT DEALERSHIP!!!
